Yeah, you know, it definitely, for me, I was nervous at the start of my career and then I had this nice patch where, it was a long patch, which was really nice, where I just felt very, like I got nervous the night, day before, night before, being like, I hope I don't lose the game for the team.

visceral feelings about anything in sort of last three four years that 45 minutes before the game i was just i just got a bit more like yeah nervous than i ever had and then that triggered and i was fine literally once i got past that moment i was totally fine and not worried because i was a very routine based person and so once i got in the flow of the routine i was all good

on the morning of the game that you would fill out it'd be like a rolling continuous hey are they still ticking all these things and then how does it link in with sort of the the the content that's being fed the psychologists to make those decisions but i think it makes sense i'm hoping that all it really does is ensure that there is consistent discussions at the right cadence that enables that decision to be made or continually made
