That's what we're all waiting to see.
You can't sit back and deny it.
You've got to get in the fight and make the changes to accommodate it.
And that'll go to the way we develop our players and the types of players we develop.
And if we have to recruit the types of players that we recruit, right at the moment, our challenge is to get this team playing well and winning games and going from there.
And they've got to adapt to the rules as they are today.
When is my job done?
Yeah, at the Dogs.
Probably when someone tells me it's done.
You know, even in the early stages last year, I kept saying to people, we've got a long way to go.
We've got a long way to be the club that we want to be or where we are.
I'm really excited about the new Centre of Excellence, which I hope we move into next January or February, which is going to be a wonderful acquisition for the club.
It'll sustain the club for the next 50, 100 years going forward.
It'll help in the perception of our club in recruiting junior talent and providing the best pathway systems that we have.
It'll give our players and coaches the resources that are the best state of art in the business.
What we try to do is eliminate all excuses and all, you know,
We don't want anyone to fail because we haven't got the right resources and we certainly don't want to fail because we haven't got the right ability.
And if we do all that and we've got the right motivation, then we'll be successful.
But so far as my job, my job's...
I mean, in a lot of respects, my job's done, but in other respects, there's still a lot more to do.
