I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
I doubt it.
I totally thought the same thing about Saul.
I feel like he –
First, he didn't do anything to deserve being in power as king.
He just got chosen from his perspective totally randomly.
He just happened to be there and became king.
But then as the time went on, he started to feel like, oh, I think I'm...
deserve this and we kind of talked about this a little bit when the episode ended last time I feel like Saul he plays the stereotype every single time he's like reluctant but then because he's trying to do what his dad did what he's told him to do is find the donkeys and he got called in king then he
He wants to do what the people want him to do.
He wants to be the big guy in charge.
He wants to win the wars.
I think he is legitimately trying to be a good king, and he's got it mixed up in his head that he deserves to be king because of who he is and not because God placed him there.
His dad, not so much.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But then Saul doesn't – they figure out it's Jonathan and Saul doesn't follow up with it.
Right.
And I think that's the other thing that Saul doesn't do.
I think – I have made that note too about Saul.
