He plays his best when

when he just throws the pressures of the job off his shoulders and just pins his ears back and has a good old fashioned whack.

And maybe you can do that a bit more at number seven.

But yeah, it'd be interesting to see how he goes.

He's bowling.

He opened the bowling for Durham.

Stokes did a couple of weeks back and had a bad injury.

Got hit in the face in the,

in the pre-season nets and all of that.

But now he's back and bowling fast.

He's our key bowler.

He is the key bowler in the team.

He ties the room together if he plays.

And if he bowls and bowls well, and he's fit rather, as he did against India last year when he was England's best bowler, he remains that even in the latter years of his career, you know.
