Exhale, relax.

Connect to your own breath.

Start noticing that you are within your heart.

I invite you to once again take a deep inhale.

And as you are exhaling, see the golden ray of light that is traveling down from your heart into your solar plexus, into your sacral, into your root chakra.

passing down into Earth star chakra, traveling down, connecting to the morphogenetic field of Earth, Gaia, Tara, Paramantina, traveling down, connecting to the crystalline network of the matching version of planetary consciousness that holds the highest vibration that is going to be assisting integration of this session.

And eventually direct your light into the planetary heart, connecting to the field of unconditional love.

Once you feel this connection, I invite you to direct your awareness back into your heart and through your breath, inhaling all light codes, blessings.

unconditional love, divine guidance, divine support from planetary consciousness into your own heart.

Allowing yourself to open up, to feel this connection, to feel this love.

Knowing that we are safe to walk upon this earth as who we truly are.

And once you direct your awareness back into your heart, take a deep inhale once again.

And allow consciousness of pure light from your heart to travel down, sorry, upwards to your throat chakra, to your third eye, to your crown, to your soul star chakra, to your galactic portal, universal portal, connect to the great central sun, pierce through great central sun and connect directly to source field itself.

And once you feel this connection, I invite you to take a deep inhale and receive directly into your heart, love, blessings, light codes, all that you need into your heart from source, allowing your heart to expand.

And giving opportunity to your physical body to witness this connection, to witness your awareness shifting into more refined frequencies, into higher octave.

Allowing yourself to truly experience heaven and earth within you, source within you and purity of unconditional love within your heart.
