programs frequencies and light you are emanating once you become aware of who you are you remember all that there is and then the same way as i would i am to ask you a question do you remember yourself i don't know being 25 and you just shift your awareness into that time frame and you say yes i remember well if you have memory so the same way we we know who we are it's not something that we need to figure out time travel right yes
