He limits β I mean we've got the Ukraine aid package that I believe passed the House a week or two ago, and everybody just assumes that it's going to get vetoed by the president, which is absurd.
So a lot of that is harder.
My understanding is he views that β Trump views that that takes negotiating power away from him.
as in this needs to be done, he needs to have the full say in what can and can't happen, and that takes it out of his hands.
