Isn't there an argument for investing in primary care instead and really incentivising GPs to open their clinic doors after hours, provide the urgent care that they're trained to deliver, as opposed to doing this really costly investment and a separate entity entirely?

As a clinician, I certainly see the dark side, but there's someone who's actually looked into this and researched the topic, Valerie Groost, who's a PhD candidate at Northwestern University and lead author of this paper, and she joins us now.

I just wonder, a lot of the content, and you alluded to this before, it sells a bit of a lie, doesn't it?
It says if you do this stuff, if you look, if you eat this way, if you move your body in this manner, you'll look like the person in the content.
But you've just alluded before to the fact that there are lots of things that impact weight and weight regulation, genetic factors, socioeconomic, there's a lot to this.
Is this content really selling a lie?
