How much is stigma still a part of this?
Because you've just said misconceptions to, you know, something Norman said.
How much is stigma still a huge element of this story?
Some of the recommendations that I saw, and this is with my GP hat on, you know, there's things like really aiming for gold standard, DBT in place of CBT.
Yes, with a trained health professional and the kinds of wards that adolescents and children should be admitted to.
Some of it is, you know, I think real world, is all of it feasible?
And, you know, as someone practicing, I read it and I thought, that's gold standard, but I can't imagine accessing this for my patients.
Because the guidelines do address that specifically.
