Yeah, well, and like, look, California is not a representation of the rest of the country, obviously.

We're seeing that a lot in, you know, the affordability, gas prices, things like that.

It's very much on the state and local level in that sense.

But, I mean, it really is.

But, you know, wages reflect how the location looks.

And, I mean, our wages are incredibly high compared to most of the country in California.

But, you know, that's not reflected in, you know, how people can't find homes.

that have contributed to these issues.

But virtually every aspect of society is just rigged against people being able to own their lives.
