I mean, the the medium house price in California, not just Los Angeles, California is like nine hundred and ninety seven thousand dollars.
Yeah, well, and like, look, California is not a representation of the rest of the country, obviously.
We're seeing that a lot in, you know, the affordability, gas prices, things like that.
It's very much on the state and local level in that sense.
But, I mean, it really is.
But, you know, wages reflect how the location looks.
