It's more of a falls prevention program.
It's quite low intensity, but it has different things that people can do at home, very inexpensive, $5 a week.
They can sign up and sign off, you know, cancel their subscription whenever they want.
But it's a two-year progressive sort of balance of mobility with a little bit of bone and muscle loading, but it's really falls prevention.
We have a lot of people at the clinic who are doing Oneiro online as well as Oneiro.
Those are sort of the three options of how people can do something to look after themselves and try and prevent a fracture.

I think the one thing to say about falls prevention is it really does require concerted effort with high challenge balance training or it's not going to make much difference.
Again, virtually any kind of exercise is going to be helpful for your muscles and that's what's going to help you not fall.
But to improve your balance, you really have to challenge your balance.
And so
It's not just about standing on one leg for 30 seconds a day.
That's not high enough challenge.
There are various other things that you should add in
to what you're doing to make it more difficult.
And another hint would be if you are a falls risk, then when you're doing these exercises, make sure you're standing beside the back of your couch where you can grab your couch if you do start to go.
Don't stand beside a kitchen chair.
That's going to go over with you.
