Talking about vitamins and minerals, Julia, is there a case here for supplements? Oh, good question. I completely agree with what Lucy's been saying, and I think what she's emphasizing is getting it right before you get stressed, and knowing that the stressful exam period is coming, to be prepared and to start really nourishing yourself before that, so that when you hit the exam period, you're not going to be as influenced and impacted by what's happening.

We want to make ourselves resilient. And in New Zealand we had a series of earthquakes in 2010 and 2011 in the middle of me doing a whole bunch of our research. And we had this opportunity of being able to see whether or not people who were getting supplements before the earthquake, like a broad range, nothing special, it was your full range of about 30 essential vitamins and minerals,

Before the earthquake, did you become as stressed or was the stress lasting as long after the earthquake? And what we learned was that people who happened to be taking micronutrients before the earthquake, they were anxious after that earthquake. But then their anxiety and their stress levels dropped much quicker than the people who happened to not be taking micronutrients before the earthquake.

A lot of parents will be wanting to know, Julia, how do you support a young adult during exams? What kind of tips can you give them? Sure. I mean, I think that some of the really interesting research in this space has come out of Zoe Lab, which is in the UK. And one of the things that they've been looking at is the diversity of the microbiome, you know, all the different bacteria that are in there that are so important for the digestion of food.
