Now, there's some debate about that, and there's something technical called original antigenic sin, which actually, again, reinforces a natural infection, gives you better lifelong protection than the vaccines.

We need a better vaccine, actually.

We need one vaccine that you could take two or three shots and gives you 10 year of protection.

And people are working on that.

But at the moment, for the current vaccines we've got available,

If you've got underlying heart disease, lung disease, for instance, yes, I'd have it every year and have it this time of the year because winter is when it most likely will hit you for most other respiratory infections as well.

Similar for COVID actually.

Yes, there are some groups that we need to strongly recommend getting vaccinated every year, but that's not, I think, everybody, particularly people who are adults between the ages of, you know,

20 and 50, unless they've got underlying disease.

But it's an individual decision.

You may not want to take the risk.

And so you want to take it.

But you've got to remember, vaccines have side effects as well.

Most people who get a vaccine at least, you know, feel a bit fever and achy, you know, half of people for a day or two, which is often like the flu or respiratory infections for most people anyway.

So you've got to weigh that up.

You know, will I get protected against possibly one bad infection every 10 years versus having a fever or maybe a mild headache after I get the vaccine?

And that's an individual choice.

Well, I think there are for a whole lot of reasons.

When the COVID vaccines came, they were done very quickly, thankfully, but they were done by different technology and people were worried about, you know, have these been around for a long period of time?

I think the other problem is we did oversell COVID vaccines, you know, how protective they'd be and stop people
