And, you know, across our unit in Manchester, we're a high volume unit and we see really good results.

And I would say to any man, it sounds frightening.

I 100% understand that.

I think the thing that drives satisfaction in these men is the huge psychological shift that they experience from no autonomy, no spontaneity, their confidence is in their boots, and then suddenly this device allows them to sort of be in charge of their destiny.

And an orgasm.

And some can ejaculate as well.

They control when the device goes down.

And if they don't want to make it go down, then they can keep it up.

I mean, to be honest with you, historically, we used to have this thing about men almost earning their penile implant surgery.

We don't really do that in any other aspect of health care.

There used to be this dogma about, oh, they've got to have an injection or they've got to try a vacuum device.
