And the vast majority of those probably don't need it.
And so what do we say when a man develops erectile dysfunction?
You know, they might have a conversation in a pub or with their mates and they'll say, oh, I take this pill.
You might want to try it, which is fine because it's there to treat erectile dysfunction.
But what's not fine is not understanding the underlying basis of why it's happening in the first place.

So another very famous study, they looked at men with coronary artery disease.
And that's, you know, coronary artery disease for people who are listening is things that affects the blood vessels that effectively supply the heart.
So thickening of the blood vessels or some degree of blockage to those blood vessels.
And they found that on average, the time lag, or certainly the time between developing erectile dysfunction in men with coronary artery disease to them developing angina, angina is chest pain or shortness of breath when you exert yourself, is 39 months.
It's all of the above.
I remember being at med school and one of our teachers,
tutors in medical saying you know medicine's medicine's not that hard guys it's basically all about blood supply going to where it should go
And you sort of thought, well, what am I doing for five years then if that's all it is?
