Another curveball is we just had mold in that townhouse in the Ripple. Oh, shoot. And the Florida insurance company has refused to pay for the mold. So I am paying for that now. Um, so I had to pay for mold remediation and I'll be doing that until January, 2026 monthly. They worked with me, but wow, this is loaded.
