I did indeed, Ciarán, yes.

So I ordered the same pallet of logs in October with a date, I think it was early December, they were due to arrive in.

I even got an email at the 17th of November, I got an email saying that the logs were due to be arriving in on a vessel, I can't remember the name of the vessel, into Dublin port on the 27th of November and that they'd be letting me know when my delivery would come.

So I kept going onto this portal and every time I went on and the date was getting pushed out further and further.

But I did notice on their website, they said, oh, we know we're having issues with delays with deliveries.

So as a gesture of goodwill, we'd like to offer a free Santa train experience.

So I said, sure, I'll email and see if I can take up that offer.

And I got an email back straight away and went down to the Santa experience and there was hundreds of people there.

So that was a lovely experience and everything.

But still...

Again, no sign of my logs.

So start of January, I decided I was going to email and just say I want to cancel my order because I think by the time the next kind of expected delivery date was going to be, we were coming into spring and I was never going to need the logs at that stage.

Well, it's been cold still, so I probably could have done with using them for another while.

But anyway, they emailed me to confirm my cancellation on my order on the 7th of January and no money, no money, no money until today I have finally got my refund.

So I contacted you guys yesterday afternoon to let you know my story and one of your producers behind me this morning.

So I decided I would email Ratwood at 1 o'clock this afternoon to let him know that I was going to be on today discussing my issue just like many other people.

And at 10 past 1, so this email was sent at 1pm, at 10 past 1 Ratwood phoned me and at 25 past 1 the money was in my bank account.

Yeah.

Exactly, that's it, you know.

And I'd emailed and phoned and hounded multiple times with no response, but then all of a sudden now with the threat of live line, I was refunded within half an hour.
