that when you see the Old City of Yerushalayim, and then when you see the and then you tear Kriya, and then when you see the and then you tear Kriya again, so the question whether we should still tear Kriya on Yerushalayim, it's so built up, and there's so much Torah, and there's Shuls, and there's

Bnei Yeshiva and so many Jews.

And so that's a machlokas where Moshe holds that we no longer tear kriya on the Old City.

It's under Jewish government, you know, all of that.

Others say, come on, there are churches there, there are mosques there.

That is churbana.

Okay, so that's a machlokas.

But as far as the harabayis, there's no machlokas.

The Bais HaMikdash is certainly b'churbana.

But the question is, does that mean you have to see the floor of the harabayis?

Or that you see something on the harabayis?

So, where he quotes from the Briska Rav, that you need to see the floor of the Har Habayis, and therefore you should go to an elevated area on Har Hazesim or Har Tzofim, and be able to see the floor of the Har Habayis.
