I was told by one of the Dayanim in the Bezden this week that
that of Willig's approach toward intellectual property is Din Ad Malchusa, whatever the Din Ad Malchusa is.
So if Din Ad Malchusa is that you're not allowed to violate the terms and conditions, so then you're not allowed to violate the terms and conditions.
It's bound by a sense of Din Ad Malchusa, that that's the law of the land.
