Again, they wanted to make it look like a robbery gone wrong.

As he was doing that, Crystal started backing out of the parking spot and Christopher quickly ran back to the car and hopped into the rear passenger side of the car to avoid being seen.

At first, Crystal actually drove the wrong way because she thought there was another exit, so she had to turn around and go back the way that she came in to exit the same way that she entered.

Then, Crystal drove the pair to an abandoned house in Pleasant Grove to clean out the jeep of fingerprints.

and then put the real license plate back on.

Then, Christopher went through Kendra's things and he did end up taking the cash out of her wallet.

Then, Crystal dropped Christopher back off before heading back to pick up her son and take him home.

That evening, Brenda met back up with Crystal to give her the BMW that she had just picked up from Jose's repair shop and trade that for the Jeep that he let her borrow.

Now, I guess before borrowing the BMW from a friend, Brenda had left her Lexus at a local Mexican restaurant to leave it there while they murdered Kendra.

So after getting the BMW back to Crystal, they must have dropped it off and then drove the Jeep to get the Lexus, and then the two of them tried to find a secluded area to get rid of the things that they took from Kendra, but there wasn't anywhere good to do that.

So they ended up going back to Crystal's mother's house to burn the items there.

They ended up burning Kendra's wallet and the contents inside, the hoodie that Crystal was wearing at the time of the shooting, as well as Christopher's t-shirt that he was wearing when he shot Kendra.

Then they dropped the Jeep back off to Jose to return it back to him.

And at some point during all of that, Brenda and Jose had stopped to get dinner together.

So again, just

trying to create this elaborate alibi.

After that, Brenda ended up buying $600 worth of marijuana and $300 worth of cocaine and gave that as well as some cash to Christopher.

Then Brenda did give Crystal that $500, so at least she kept true to her word, although I'm sure Crystal and Christopher would have turned on Brenda pretty quickly if she hadn't.

Now, once again, after the murder was committed, police didn't know where to look first.
