But in reality, she was sent to each tenant's home to basically make it so that Joanna and Stretch could make that tenant so miserable that they would just choose to leave.

This included Joanna and Stretch barging into their units and threatening them and making their environments even messier and dirtier than they already were.

I believe sometimes they would move into the units next door to these tenants, but sometimes they would be moved into the same homes as their roommates, basically.

There was one man who lived in that property who fell behind on his rent and was having a very hard time paying back what he owed.

He would go on to say that he remembered having Joanna and Stretch enter his apartment one day and then they pushed him against the wall and told him to get out.

He called Kevin and complained, but he got no response.

Two days later, when the man still hadn't left his unit, Joanna came in and held a knife to the man's throat and threatened to hurt him if he didn't leave.

That same day, the man packed up, left, and moved in with a family member.

Basically, what would happen is that Joanna and Stretch would do something like that to a tenant, and Kevin would either ignore their complaints, or he would tell the tenant that there was nothing that he could do about it because it was a domestic issue, so take it up with law enforcement, I guess.

The tenant needed to figure out whatever issue they were having on their own.

That is the arrangement that Kevin had with both Gary and Joanna in exchange for reduced rent or even waiving their rent altogether.

And again, I do believe Joanna, at least Joanna, probably both of them, but at least Joanna was paid for her.

I do apologize if I butcher his name, but this was 31-year-old Łukasz Slaboszewski.

Łukasz had moved from Poland to the UK back in 2005, where he went on to work at a DHL warehouse in Petersburg.
