I am happy that LeWay is behind bars, but I'm also frustrated that he was able to exhibit such a horrifying lack of remorse
and still be considered for parole.
I hope that he's never released.
It's really sickening to know that he could be in his 60s and just released to be out in the public and do this to another person.
I truly hope he stays behind bars for the rest of his life where he belongs.
Editing Rachel here.
So as I was editing, my gears were kind of turning and I kind of started thinking about things that I didn't previously think of when I was researching or recording this.
So as we saw from the investigation, Andrew ended up texting the girl after he came home a couple days later.
So whether he messaged her on Facebook like he messaged his mom or if he was texting her,
I'm not exactly sure, but in the article that I read, it said that he was texting her.
So that means that he got his phone back.
So did he get the car back and why wasn't it returned to the girl or was it returned to the girl?
I don't know.
But the thing is, is his mom said that he left his phone in the car and that is why he wasn't able to get into contact with her right away.
So when did he get his phone back?
That's a big question that I'm thinking about now and it kind of makes me believe the whole
stolen car thing a little bit less.
Today we are going to be discussing the murder of Mujay Dambuya.
Mujay was only 16 years old when her life was taken from her.
She was a 16 year old sophomore at Campwood High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
