We need to believe victims and if there is any evidence, if there's a 17 year old who walks in after seeing this man who she has no connection with, no prior history with, no vendetta against, like no reason to just randomly accuse this random person of rape, we need to believe her because there's no reason for her to accuse this random person.
I just don't understand.
I think at the very least there needs to be investigations opened and if there is and if there's any evidence to show that it's possible that this happened like maybe going to his house and saying if there's evidence maybe seeing if there's any of her blood anywhere because when you're being raped there might be blood somewhere.
See if there's any witnesses who saw her, any witnesses who heard anything, anything at all, any witnesses who saw her, you know, body language when she was with him in public, literally anything that a police officer can do to investigate and figure out if this really happened.
Because if it did,
This person needs to be off the streets, clearly.
And if it did happen, judges and other people in the criminal justice system need to be able to see this background when they are making decisions on bail.
So I guess I could see if the judge saw this person that has no violent criminal history, you know, just has a couple slip-ups with stealing stuff and maybe he slept with somebody who was too young but he didn't realize it.
Okay, maybe let that person out on bail.
But if this person has any violence whatsoever against women and they are being accused of raping a woman,
Or a young teenager.
That needs to be taken very seriously.
And this person should not get as low as a bail as he did.
And here we are now.
He murdered this young girl who had so much to live for.
So much potential in her life.
And it was just taken from her.
She did everything she was supposed to.
She reported it.
She was going to testify against him.
