Basically, what this is is a way for law enforcement to track you using your cell phone to notify you in times of crisis or to locate you if immediate action is needed.

So, if you're someone and you call 911 for help, but let's say you don't know where you are or you don't know the address or something like that, this system helps first responders to find you and lend aid.

This system was also used to find Sukari, given that she could hold vital information in the disappearance of Marina.

Using that, by December 8th, law enforcement tracked Sakari down and brought her in for questioning.

During her interview, she admitted that both her and Marina were escorts who provided different services to clients.
