I've been talking about education because as you said, it may not be one, it doesn't come, quote unquote, under affordability, but it's where people live their lives.
Yeah, so let me two to three things.
Yeah, no, look.
One is, when I was mayor, one of the most, I think, monumental changes we made.
Only school system in the country to do this.
You couldn't get your high school diploma without showing us a letter of acceptance from a college, a community college, a branch of the armed forces, or a vocational school.
The only system in the country was called Learn, Plan, Succeed.
And we hired a ton of college and career counselors.
I mean, it was backed up with, you know, we were the first city ever to do free community college if you earned a B average, et cetera.
But to me, you want to be a plumber?
You want to be an electrician?
Great.
You want to go be a Marine?
Great.
You want to be a paralegal nurse or a nurse?
Great.
You want to be a mechanical engineer?
Great.
Or you want to teach humanity?
You are not walking on graduation day without telling us where you're walking to.
