Remember those taking lessons with this tennis teacher named Zach Kleiman and he's here in LA and we actually interview him in the geography of bliss show.
Cause we do an episode in LA and, and he said like every mistake you make, like, you know, you've got a clear ball and boom, you hit it in the net or something like that.
Like.
Grieve it.
Like, grieve the loss.

And he's like, feel it.
And then you're through it.
And then you're on.
And then you're like, okay, what can I improve next time?
And then you're on to the next thing.
But if you skip the grief, you can get stuck.
You can get blocked in a kind of like a muscular self-will.
But there's something about like, oh, I got it.
