But like it turned into my habit where I would be back there and and, you know, just come out after the anthem was over.

Jerry Sloan had no problem with that.

I, Jerry and I had a conversation about it.

He was like, no, do what you do.

Not an issue.

I had never had a problem anywhere.

I went, this was mid season, like out of the blue, I get called into an office to talk to our new head coach about why I'm not out there for a national anthem.

And now he'd been on the staff with Jerry.

So he already knows why I'm not back there.
