Find someone in your orbit, or they're probably not in your orbit, and that's why we're at this point, right?

No one exists in your orbit that will tell you what needs to be heard, even if that isn't going to be received by you in the most pleasant way.

Someone has to be there to have the tough conversations with cats.

It's just life.

Someone has to do that.

And so if they don't exist in your circle, which I'm assuming they don't,

man, go find you somebody that can keep it a buck with you.

It could be a vet in the locker room.

It could be a sports psychologist.

I don't know, but you got to get a mentor, dude.

Find someone who can really kick to you what is important because it becomes too late very quickly.

It sneaks up on you.

You don't think it's coming.

You definitely don't see it coming.

And before you know it, it's too late.

And so before it becomes that, and hopefully it's not already that, find someone that you can put in your circle of people that will have the conversations that Howard was talking about.

Because both of them have misplayed that.
