When the rates were low, it was hardly visible, wasn't it?

So when interest rates were zero, it was just flatlining.
And you just think, why would I buy something like that?
And there isn't a good reason other than capital preservation.
But then when income rates are higher, then yeah, the slope is just higher.

Well, a lot of the platforms now offer gilts.
So, for example, Hargreaves has them.
Interactive Investor has them.
They don't offer all of them.
I think at the moment it's just the liquid ones, but Interactive Investor gives you all of them and you can trade them electronically.
So once you know the ticker, TR73, whatever, the old man's crypto.
That's the old man's crypto.
But you get the shorter ones like TN28, whatever.
