On the foreign policy side, Tulsi Gabbard is somebody who believes, I hate to characterize other people's beliefs, but I think agrees with me that the intelligence agencies have gotten too much power, too much secrecy, and that some of that has been directed inwards towards American citizens instead of outward towards our enemies.

But I think it would be wrong to be elected by an entire state and to be a lapdog and not to voice an opinion, particularly like on the question of tariffs, because all the feedback I get home from business is they don't want the tariffs. I actually wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't mention to the public and to the president also the inconsistency with conservative policies.
