to confront this for who i think for everybody to be honest it's definitely not easy right now for a lot of people that have had encounters because a lot of people who've had encounters with these things want to block they block it out because it's so disturbing it changes your world view it's it's ontological shock which people are using that quite a bit now and it's true john mack used it back in the 90s
