with the boss and they get it in they get it in and i think they have a different view of the state of intoxication as well because i've heard that from several different places if you're drunk and the boss makes you come out and and drink with you and you say or do something rude or embarrassing It's not talked about the next day. So it's like a pressure valve, I think. There's tightly constrained social roles. There's many beautiful things about Japanese culture. I don't know if you've been there as well, but it's one of my favorite places on earth. Yeah. they have a saying, the nail that sticks up gets hammered down.
