A couple months go by, and I just get a random letter, and I'm just fixing up the house and stuff, so money was a little tight.

I kind of just blew it off, you know what I mean?

He wants to make sure he can... He'd like to see something done with it while he has the ability to make the decisions while he's got his health.

Like I said, it's already in a family trust where my wife and four kids make up half the trustees.

And it's like a dream opportunity, but...

We have about $90,000 left on our current mortgage, and we're hoping that in about two and a half years, we were going to be completely debt-free.

But it's a dream for us to have the farm.

So we didn't have any ideas how to make this happen, any special transfers or anything we can do, just trying to come up with a way to make this happen.
