It's about the presentation of the mullet.

So not only was he sporting a mullet, but he also wowed the judges by frantically jumping on a trampoline while clad in neon green gym wear with an orange headband.

The mullet, it's been there forever, I think.

I think back in the ancient times, the warriors had mullets.

And now you see the warriors on a rugby field sporting mullets.

And then it's come and gone and come and gone.

It was there in the 1970s.
