I often wonder about when guys get these jobs in teams that are in turmoil, which I guess is the reason why there's a new general manager, is that part of their message is full of it.
And the people above them go, oh, yeah, I like that, because that'll be a little quicker.
I've not seen anybody turn it around quick.
I've not.
And if you're in the 75-point range or whatever some of those teams are, it just doesn't happen fast.
Look, Chicago's had first-round pick, first-round pick, first-round pick.
