Well, the lease on the south side is up, I believe, in 2029 slash 30.
So they won't do any upgrades there, per se, other than small ones, because they're probably going to build a new facility at that time.
And I would expect news on that probably within the next year or so.
As far as AcroSure goes, I'm guessing they would do upgrades there.
I know we're coming up on 30 years.
