Listen, they obviously need receivers, Austin.
I just think there's too much baggage there with Tyreek Hill.
A lot of off-the-field stuff.
He's coming off an injury to boot, so I don't think that's in the Steelers' wheelhouse.
But I will admit, it's going to take a team like the Steelers to take on a guy like Tyreek Hill.
I think a veteran quarterback...
a veteran head coach, I think one of those types of situations around the NFL would work.
I think that's why the Steelers are probably connected to him.
I just don't see it from Omar Khan's perspective.
I just think there's a little bit too much of a risk there, even though, as I said, it's a very thin receiver's room at the moment.
and they could certainly use that help.
Yes.
I was on a conference call with Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network yesterday, and
He thinks the Steelers can sit tight at number 21 and get a good receiver.
He doesn't think they have to trade up to get a receiver, and he referenced this draft for the Steelers as a quote-unquote perimeter draft.
So he thinks it's going to be heavy on receivers and then cornerbacks for them because, as everyone in Pittsburgh knows, they spent a tremendous amount of draft resources โ
on the offensive and defensive lines in the last couple of drafts.
He believes, and I think a lot of people in Pittsburgh believe, that now it's time to go out and surround your quarterbacks, surround your offense, surround those linemen with good skill position players.
They have DK Metcalf.
They don't have too much else beyond that, and I think it's time to finally address that need.
