Laws just completely leave massive holes open for kids to be abused by the system or to be left out or to be just subject to the worst things both in juvenile detention centers and out. Even more vulnerable. Yeah, exactly. And it's because, I mean, I'm like, look at who set this system up. Look at who's been in power in the legal field for the last hundred million years.
