put our neck out where maybe another person couldn't because I'm a white woman and I know that the color of my skin is going to make a difference in whether I can say something or not whether I can threaten my job or not and and so for people who want to come into this field who are part of those communities that this field does not represent absolutely or are not represented by you know only five percent of all attorneys in the U.S.
