John Paul Miller sent or caused to be sent unwanted and harassing electronic communications to her, used or threatened to use nude videos and photographs of her, posted a nude photo of her online without her consent,
placed or caused to be placed a tracking device on her vehicle with the intent to harass and surveil her.
And he interfered with her finances, banking and interfered with her daily activities.
If he is found guilty for cyber-stalking, could be five years, it could be between nine and 10 years, depending on the charges that the jury decides that he's guilty of.
And then with the lying to the police, that's also another five years, possibly even eight years that he could receive behind bars.
So he could get almost 20 years behind bars.
He could get a huge fine and he could have to be on probation for many years.
