But I think about my son's life, and they have never seen a fight before.

So some of it, I think about how radically different the life that I've been able to provide for my sons have been because they haven't seen the kind of violence that my childhood would steep them.

Even if I didn't grow up in the worst neighborhood, I didn't grow up in the worst neighborhood, but I got beat up more.

I got beat up, you know.

At least 15 times.

I spent my childhood on the ropes.
