I think, you know, touching on the point that you made as well, it's, you know, you can have these really hard days and then it's like beautiful moments within the day as well.
And it's hard to describe those.
I think that if you can find a way to have more of those beautiful moments in your day, and I find for me personally, if I'm less stressed or if I'm, you know, in a better headspace,
We do have more of those moments.
I'm not as kind of reactive or things don't upset me as much.
I've got more patience.
Yeah.
And so I think that for me, you know, as I said, going out and doing stuff was better for my mental health.
My life is more joyful from having these experiences because I'm going somewhere that I know she's going to love.
I'm going somewhere that I'm going to love.
This is filling both of our cups.
And then I would share those recommendations.
And before I had posted lots of silly little videos on the internet.
And this was the first time that my videos really started to kind of like, I guess, take off in the sense that people were sharing them or commenting them or sending them to friends.
And I realized like, oh, other people feel the same as I do.
Other people also want to go out for dinner somewhere that their kids are going to have a play area to play in.
They also want to go to a cafe that's got a playground for their kids.
They also want to
find a really epic pram friendly walk that they can go on so that they can get some time out in nature, go for a walk, not have to find that they're faced with stairs at the end of it and like stuck with a baby in a pram, you know, I really realized that this isn't just a unique experience to me.
And there's no truly unique experience in parenting.
