But Democrats are playing politics.

And by the way, the Save America Act is a perfect example of the same story.

Democrats want to try to block that in the Senate.

I hope soon we'll use the talking filibuster, which I've written extensively about, to try to break the back of it.

But these things are related, right?

Because soon we can't put that on the floor until we figure out this funding mechanism.

The filibuster is a great tool, right?

It's an important part of the Senate and its history and its legacy.

But we need Mr. Smith to go back to Washington.
