By the time that we get to the retrial, all this other stuff is going on in my mind and I feel like I've done it and the things that used to scare me no longer scare me.

By the time I got to the retrial, it was more of an inconvenience than a stress.
I think the only thing they tried to bring up and use was perhaps a suggestion that, you know, I might've been gay because, you know, cowboy theme party and me and my mates had taken funny Brokeback Mountain photos.
I think they pulled up one of them from Instagram or something like that.
So when they saw that, when that got put up in court, I think the prosecutor was just like, your honor, can we stop right here?

Yeah.
Yeah, 300 hours of community service, which I just, yeah, it was bullshit.
I felt just like completely minimized what I'd been through.
That is nuts.
I know.
And it was my case tried with another case as well.

And the two cases got tried together and was found guilty on both.
Collectively, 300 hours of community service.
Yeah, probably.
