And, um, and so I think like, yes, like you should want to be a supportive friend, but, um, it's okay not to have the perfect words or not to know what to do.

And sometimes that's, that's what's best because there are, um,

other professionals out there who can do that sort of work.

But often, you know, you kind of just need to be the friend like Sean was to me, who was just there, just stood by my side watching the fourth 11 grand final.

Um, we didn't discuss it, but the fact that he was next to me kind of meant everything to me.

I think language is such an important thing in these sort of situations too.

Like how do you even start a conversation like that?

Yeah.

Like most people wouldn't even think, particularly like in 19, 20 years old, like not many people are going up to their friend being like,

hey, I notice you're acting quite different at the moment.

I feel like something might have happened after this event.

You might not feel comfortable talking about it, but in case you did, I'm here for you.

That sort of platforming and creating a safe space is a learned skill that is...

Um, tough to expect on, on, on many people to have that assumed sort of knowledge, which is honestly like why the work that you guys do is, is incredible so that people can have that sort of skill in their armory so that people can receive disclosures in a really comfortable way.
