I was looking around Vegas and stuff, just looking at how expensive everything is.
It's the talk of the people.
This thing's going to be this way forever.
You're not going to pay $50 for a cheeseburger.
You're going to pay $500.
And then it will all go away.
And then we will rebuild the new world that the boomers destroyed.
Vegas is dead.
I'm going to be heading out of here in a few years.
VCs own all the hotels now.
They just charge you an arm and a leg.
Like, I'm sure you paid hundreds for your hotel.
Austin is one of those places.
I'm from Austin.

I grew up there.

And Austin is one of those places that during the pandemic, now, there's always people coming in.
There's always new money.
