Yeah, exactly.
Now you were increasing levels of creatine in the brain.
Pretty sure it was isotope labeled.
Essentially 10 grams.
You have to double that.
And that's where I was like, okay.
Bingo.
Just like with any supplement and or drug dose matters.
So yes, that is the case.
