So hardware is going to the moon, and software is just still very, very weak.
And it's funny.

Um, and their spending is dislocated from that reality.
So they're running big, they're enormous deficits.
Their tax take, if I'm not mistaken, is that a 70 year high seven, zero year high, um, relative to GDP, um,
