And of course, energy is all driven by oil.

It's like proof that there's never a strategy because my brain goes to like, well, he wants oil to be the exclusive thing that we use and he wants oil to go up in price so that all of his buddies who make money from oil, you know, the old Bush-Halliburton strategy, all of his buddies who make money on their oil make more money and that it would just be that simple.

A strategy that's bad is one thing, but a strategy that directly contradicts your past strategy, it feels like you have to be uniquely intelligent to be that bad at being good, right?
